General Nursing & Midwifery – 3.5-Year Diploma Program
The GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) is a comprehensive 3.5-year diploma nursing program, which includes 3 years of academic and clinical training followed by a 6-month internship. This program is open to both male and female candidates who have completed their 10+2 with Science (PCB) or Arts stream (for select states/boards, as per INC guidelines).
Recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), Bihar State Nursing Council (BSNC), and affiliated to Bihar University of Health Sciences (BUHS), our GNM program provides students with a thorough grounding in all areas of nursing, making them job-ready for hospitals and healthcare settings across India and internationally.
Upon completion, students register with the State Nursing Council as Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RN & RM), qualifying them for staff nurse positions in government and private hospitals, railways, defence services, and more.
