Auxiliary Nurse Midwife – 2-Year Diploma Program
The ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) is a 2-year diploma nursing program designed for female candidates who wish to serve as community health workers at the primary healthcare level. ANM nurses are a critical component of India's public health infrastructure.
Approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the Bihar State Nursing Council (BSNC), our ANM program combines a rigorous academic curriculum with hands-on clinical training to prepare students for both government and private healthcare roles.
Upon successful completion of the program, students must register with the Bihar State Nursing Council to practice as ANM nurses. ANM graduates are eligible for government nursing positions under NHM (National Health Mission), PHCs, CHCs, and sub-health centres.
